Technical:

  • Independently handling all accounting work and monthly compliances.
  • Monthly closing of Indian books on Quick-books accounting software (includes Bank Recon, TR/TP account Reconciliation.
  • Good knowledge of GST laws (Applicability, filings, Reconciliation, inputs etc.)
  • Ensure compliances with ROC matters.
  • Well versed with Payroll related laws such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, LWF, TDS etc.
  • Follow up from Vendors and Customers regarding payment
  • Preparation of Salary and upload the payment of employees and vendors to bank portal.
  • Preparation of MIS when required by management.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Table, V Look up, Sum If and Other advanced excel formulas)

Key Requirements:

  • B.COM with 3 years of experience in Accounting and compliances.
  • Knowledge of Quick books will be an added advantage.
  • Start-up mindset with demonstrated progression.
