The role of SEO manager is to drive revenue & profitability via organic search with defined growth targets via up-levelling the content, SEO structure & tech. To be successful in this role, your skill set should include exceptional analytical skills. You should also be able to collaborate with various teams; Product, Design and Engineering.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy, Planning and Execution

•Formulate and implement SEO strategy and a roadmap of initiatives to drive testing and growth.
•Enhance SEO performance, drive quality, generate relevant traffic and improve engagement on the website
•Tactical SEO tasks such as continuous optimization of existing content and improving site architecture •Monitoring competitors and keyword research and strategy will be one of the key responsibilities
•Identify new SEO growth opportunities via content gap analysis, keyword opportunities and competitive audits
•Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
•Develop and implement advanced link building strategies.
•Own the SEO engineering pipeline and drive the execution of SEO projects
•Create editorial plans for the blog and the website to increase organic traffic
•Work closely with PMs, Development team and SME’s to drive SEO projects

Reporting and Analysis

•Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results
•Prepare periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly, as appropriate to the project) that surface important trends and progress in relevant KPI’s
•Audit Website using a variety of tools


•4+ years of proven achievement in SEO with a large B2C audience
•In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) •Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
•Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
•Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
•Ability to identify and resolve problems
•Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks
•Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
