Role

HR project Manager is responsible for the project management and delivery of the HR work streams. S/He will be responsible for creating, managing and executing various projects to standardize and strengthen HR practice across the organization, as well as setting new processes for the various teams at SplashLearn. S/He will work closely with the Head of HR, HR Business Partner and founders, business leaders to ensure the smooth delivery of key HR processes.

Responsibilities

Help drive HR strategies across business units by defining relevant HR practices, processes and policies. Owns, creates, manages these projects from definition to planning to execution including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies. Report on project progress and status to management. Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working in partnership with the Head of HR and the HRBP.

Work in collaboration with HR business partners and business leaders to generate insights from the employee engagement survey to support subsequent actions that drive improved engagement both across the organization and functions
Keep abreast of key HR best practices, determine where it would benefit employees and people leaders to recommend certain best practices and oversee their adoption

Qualifications & Experience

MBA from tier 1/tier 2 institutes with 3 – 7 years’ experience in HR transformation (preferred), process changes and implementation.
Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity involving but not limited to the areas of HR automation, HR analytics, talent management, employer branding, learning and development, employee compensation and benefits recruitment, reward and recognition, etc.

Experience of partnering with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience in change management.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage key stakeholder relationships across the organization
Well versed in methodologies for measuring and assessing effectiveness of programs and processes
A sense of urgency and ability to see broad organizational view
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
