SplashLearn is looking for a digital-minded, strategic marketing professional to drive app growth. You will own the strategy, planning and execution for ASO, ASA and partnering with any 3rd party networks across the US and international markets to drive app installs and revenue growth.


Planning and Execution

  • Creating a roadmap to acquire users by defining crisp projects and clear impact from App Organic and Apple Search Ads Channels
  • Ensure constant improvement and growth in organic visits, downloads and app store rankings on App Store and Play Store.
  • Identifying growth opportunities from competitive research or testing new traffic sources to meet marketing targets.
  • Own creative optimization and guide the design team to create new concepts, and iterate based on on-page creatives performance.
  • Be in charge of app user rating and review optimization
  • Investigate and test new conversion, retention ,win back strategies through different channels-email, push, in-app notification etc.
  • Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in app marketing. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and marketing team colleagues to understand objectives and opportunities.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Collaborate with the data team to develop dashboards, report on progress against goals and relevant marketing KPIs. 
  • Dive into the data to detect patterns and uncover insights to optimize efforts.
  • Leverage data for analyzing acquisition funnel metrics and to optimize campaign performances.


  • 4+ years of experience in mobile or online marketing with a proven track-record of implementing successful ASO and viral growth tactics
  • Analytical person with a strong ability to draw insights from the data - Engineering background from top colleges will be preferred.
  • A hustler who can make things move and is ready to do anything necessary to ensure success of the project
  • Understanding of Apple iTunes App Store and Play Store will be strong plus
  • Extremely self-motivated person and should be able to work with minimum supervision. Strong analytics skills to understand and optimize the performance of the campaign
