About The Role
The role will focus on the production and operation of our Web and Mobile based games, producing new features, content, and new player experiences across teams. You are a self-starter, an experienced team leader, a skilled communicator, an effective project manager, and have experience producing quality games.

Relevant Experience and skills:

  • Facilitate communication of the overall project status, progress, issues, and risks to the management.
  • Oversee the production of several game features, events and work with other producers in order to manage the overall content cadence for the product.
  • Supervising project schedules and managing task backlogs.
  • Work closely with the product and design teams to understand the scope of the requirements, bring them into the production schedule, and communicate the delivery timelines to all the stakeholders.
  • Prepare detailed production plans for the overall product in line with the roadmap, and communicate the release plans to all the teams.
  • Working in the trenches with Artists, Designers and Programmers tracking tasks and making sure the developers stay on schedule.
  • Lead the game production team, and foster strong cross-team interaction and communication across multiple production lanes.
  • Stay current on overall mobile, casual, and social game best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment and align with owners across teams & disciplines
  • Work with QA to triage game issues and drive updates to the game service
  • Follow up, validate if necessary set-up & customize the game production management tools

Qualification & Experience

  • 4+ years of game production experience across multiple game titles, including Mobile and online products.
  • Team player with a collaborative work style, interested in being hands-on with design, production, and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to efficiently deliver high-quality features and experiences on time and on budget.
  • Candidate must have shipped at least two video game titles
  • A passion for games and creating fun and engaging user experiences.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • An enthusiastic, passionate, performance-driven, self-starter that can multi-task.
  • Experience with MS Office, Photoshop, and project tracking software like Jira, Slack and Confluence
  • Solid understanding of agile production methodologies including Scrum
  • Contribute to improving the quality of our games, the productivity of our teams and the efficiency of our processes.
