About SplashLearn

SplashLearn is a leading game-based learning platform for students aged 3 to 10. Our vision is to transform K-12 learning by making it fun and personalized for every child globally.

SplashLearn targets its product primarily in the developed countries and 80% of our revenue comes from our US subscribers. SplashLearn has won almost all Ed-tech awards including the prestigious Stevie Award in the US. We are proud that millions of students and educators trust us & use our product for their learning goals every day.

While we've been around for 10 years, we believe we are just getting started. We are so excited at the chance of having you on-board for the next phase.

We pride ourselves on being a workplace loved by our employees. We believe in creating a culture that is pure passion & achievement-driven. No man-made problems here- politics, bureaucracy, lack of clarity/purpose- that's a promise.

The only problems you'd find here are intrinsic to the audacious goals we have for ourselves. And these are the problems that our employees really cherish having. We're here to work hard, party hard and make history!

About Product Management@SplashLearn

SplashLearn is a product focussed organization and as such the product team plays a central role in helping create viable, usable & useful products.

One of the most exciting parts about working with us is the domain we operate in. Most PMs on the team values the meaningfulness in their work while building products with a real impact on young children. As a SAAS based product, that also has a free B2B offering for teachers, we have a wide range of problems to go after from conversion to retention to growth.

We divide our product teams into squads, and each squad is an independent execution unit with a clear goal and its own set of design & technology partner teams. This ensures each PM who joins our team is set up for success and can create an impact on their goals in a short period of time.

We also have a deep emphasis on learning & improvement and you'll find all kinds of cool opportunities to learn from your peers and from industry experts here.
